In Short

• Process ongoing business transactions and assist in preparatory accounting.
• Support debt collection and manage payment transactions.
• Handle outgoing invoices, cancellations, and credit notes.
• Maintain master data, manage receipts, and ensure structured processes in our databases.
• Act as a contact person for invoice inquiries and coordinate communication with our tax office.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in business administration or a related field with a focus on taxes or finance.
• Proficient in English.
• Experienced with common office programs and preferably DATEV.
• Strong initiative, communication skills, and teamwork.
• Goal-oriented, reliable, and enjoys working on innovative projects as part of a team.
