In Short

• You will reliably process all ongoing business transactions and assist with preliminary accounting.
• You will support dunning processes and manage payment transactions.
• You will process outgoing invoices, cancellations, and credits.
• You will maintain master data, manage documents, and ensure structured processes in our databases.
• You will be a point of contact for invoice inquiries and coordinate communication with our tax office.

Requirements

• You are an enrolled student in Business Administration or a similar field with a focus on taxes or finance.
• You have strong English skills and fluent German.
• You are proficient in common office programs and ideally DATEV.
• You possess strong initiative, communication skills, and teamwork abilities.
• You are a goal-oriented and reliable person who enjoys working on innovative projects as part of a team.
