In Short

• Remote position serving Michigan-based families.
• Part-time schedule: Mon–Fri, ~4:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST.
• Pay rate: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour.
• Focus on creating and updating individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide remote caregiver coaching to parents.
• Monitor progress through precise data collection.
• Attend remote team meetings for collaborative care.
• Must hold or obtain a Michigan Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required.

Requirements

• Active BCaBA certification from the BACB.
• MI LABA license (or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire).
• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in behavior analysis.
