Overview

As a Customer Service Agent in the Collision & Accidents department, you will support our team in providing the best possible care for customers in case of damage. You will help coordinate repairs, keep track of cases, and ensure that our vehicles are quickly ready for use.

Requirements

  • Ideally, some experience in service consulting or assistance.
  • Completed training in the automotive field (e.g., automotive mechatronics or automotive business).
  • Experience with ticket systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is advantageous.
  • Structured work approach and ability to keep track of tasks.
  • Enjoy solving problems in a customer-friendly manner.
  • Very good German skills (C2) and good English skills (B1).
