  • Be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure excellent customer experience during our rapid growth.

  • Improve processes to support our growth while keeping a high-quality service.

Requirements

  • Native in French with impeccable grammar & fluent in English.
  • 3+ years in a customer support or customer care role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player, humble, open to challenges, and likes to help others grow.
  • Take initiative and find creative solutions to challenges.
  • Empathetic and serene state of mind, attentive to understanding customer issues.
  • Good financial knowledge and are an investor yourself.
  • Based in Paris or elsewhere in France (remote).
