Overview

As a Customer Service Agent, you will support partner brokers and their clients with inquiries related to advice, contract processing, and claims service, playing a central role in the digital service experience.

  • Provide competent support and advice to partner brokers and their clients via chat, phone, and email.
  • Create tailored offers and manage ongoing contracts in a service-oriented and structured manner.
  • Assist with the processing of claims with sensitivity.
  • Carefully maintain and verify customer data.

Requirements

  • Commercial training background.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred, but career changers are welcome.
  • Experience in customer interaction, ideally in telephone or digital customer service.
  • Interest in digital tools and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and commitment skills.
  • Ability to work independently and structured, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Enjoyment in your work and a desire for personal development.
  • Proactive in bringing ideas to the table and contributing to team and company growth.
