Overview

The Advertising Project Management team is responsible for supporting the commercial arm of the Financial Times and is intrinsic to the sales process, not only protecting revenue but key to securing future revenues. We are seeking a bilingual (Japanese and English) Project Executive who will oversee commercial content campaigns within the Japanese and APAC market.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in both Japanese and English.
  • Work with the Producer across all aspects of campaign production.
  • Establish and follow effective processes to keep projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with various teams to fulfill project briefs.
  • Oversee project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Complete thorough project documentation and reporting.
  • Focus on project management without direct people management responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required.
  • Experience in content or digital coordination is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and evolving requirements.
