• Lead the design and architecture of Solana smart contracts.
• Collaborate with Product to refine specifications.
• Ensure security and audit readiness for smart contracts.
• Optimize smart contract performance.
• Work closely with backend and data engineering teams.
• Drive technical strategy for Solana development.
• Mentor and support other engineers in smart contract development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Deep expertise in Rust and Solana smart contracts.
• Proven ability to design and deploy production-grade Solana programs.
• Strong understanding of security best practices for smart contracts.
• Experience working with backend and data engineering teams.
• Track record of leading zero-to-one blockchain product development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
