Supplier Quality Engineer - Remote

Overview

Fictiv exists to enable hardware innovators to build better products, faster. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will work remotely while serving as the liaison to our Bay Area manufacturing partners.

In Short

• Evaluate and develop Bay Area suppliers.
• Lead root cause analysis and guide corrective actions.
• Push supplier performance using scorecards and QMS improvements.
• Travel regularly to supplier sites in the San Jose / Bay Area.
• Represent the voice of customers in manufacturing conversations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in supplier-facing quality engineering.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Process-driven mindset.
• Ability to make decisions with limited data.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100.
• Strong communication skills.
