Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fever, you will play a crucial role in identifying and sourcing high-quality candidates while managing the full-cycle recruitment process. You will work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and ensure a world-class candidate experience.

Requirements

• +2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a tech environment.
• A degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• C1 or Native English level; other languages are a plus.
• Experience with ATS systems.
• Understanding of Fever’s vision and business model.
• Strong networking skills and ability to create recruiting partnerships.
