The Audiovisual Documentalist/Archivist plays a vital role in the management of assets and orchestration of content delivery across Fever, working closely with various teams to implement workflows and metadata strategies.

In Short

• Ingest audiovisual materials and creative assets to the DAM system.
• Catalog assets using best practices for describing records.
• Perform quality control for record data.
• Implement workflows for digital asset sharing.
• Control file management and storage tools.
• Provide technical support for system users.
• Manage DAM user accounts.
• Help train new and existing users.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an Audiovisual Documentalist/Archivist.
• Experience in CMS, metadata standards, and database management.
• Familiarity with data governance principles.
• Experience in integrating file management tools.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of digital/graphic file formats and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Interest in UI/UX design.
• Degree in Library Science or Information Studies desirable.
