Revenue Accounting Manager - Remote

Fetch is building a rewards platform that empowers consumers to earn rewards while shopping, dining, and gaming. We are looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Accounting Manager to join our Accounting team.

In Short

• Lead a team of Sr. Revenue Accountants.
• Oversee revenue month-end close process.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 606 for revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Legal.
• Prepare financial reports and KPI analysis.
• Develop and document internal controls.
• Participate in external audits related to revenue.
• Manage commission accruals and calculations.
• Drive process improvements in revenue accounting.
• Work in a flexible environment, either remotely or in one of our offices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 5+ years in operational accounting in high-growth environments.
• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• CPA certification.
• Exceptional analytical and data skills.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
