Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence.
• Experience mentoring junior designers.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles and branding.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
