Overview

FOX Entertainment Global is seeking an Assistant, Content & Acquisitions to support its efforts in acquiring, co-producing, and licensing premium programming across various content formats for global distribution.

In Short

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP.
• Manage the SVP's calendar, travel arrangements, and expenses.
• Track the workflow of content submissions.
• Work cross-functionally with various internal departments.
• Prepare worldwide sales update and performance documents.
• Attend producer meetings and take detailed notes.
• Manage schedules for markets and festivals.
• Create presentation decks and read scripts.
• Serve as backup to other administrative assistants.
• Must be available to work overtime or travel as needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant in content acquisitions or related fields.
• Experience in a fast-paced setting supporting international business.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with the global TV landscape.
• Can-do attitude and desire to grow in the industry.
• Bachelor's degree is a nice to have.
• Ability to build relationships and work with senior managers.
