  • Execute local and national recruiting plans.

  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships and relationships.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
  • Deliver a quality candidate experience and advocate for candidates.
  • Maintain data on candidate pipeline health.
  • Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with 6-8 years of recruiting experience, or an Associate's Degree with 4-6 years, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of experience.
  • 2+ years of corporate, full life cycle recruitment experience.
  • Strong client focus and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships.
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.
  • Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledgeable about state and federal employment laws.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
