• Reviewing medical records for correct diagnosis codes.
• Auditing medical records for HCC accuracy.

Requirements

• A current AAPC CRC certification or AHIMA RAC microcredential.
• 3+ years of risk adjustment coding auditing experience.
• Knowledge of anatomy/physiology and medical terminology.
• Understanding of coding and reimbursement guidelines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for innovation in medical coding.
