Overview

As a Marketing Generalist, you’ll wear many hats and play a key role in driving brand awareness and new customer acquisition.

In Short

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to updating website content, email marketing, and digital ad campaigns.
• Understand eCommerce user experience and troubleshoot order processes.
• Develop compelling marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Track marketing performance metrics and assist in reporting.
• Provide marketing collateral and localized campaigns to sales teams.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
• Perform administrative support duties for marketing materials.

Requirements

• Understanding of digital and traditional marketing.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Adobe tools, WordPress, and Elementor.
• Intermediate Excel skills required.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
• Experience in subscription-based or telecommunications industries is a plus.
• Self-starter with a thirst for learning.
• Basic HTML and CSS is a plus.
