• Support the sales team in day-to-day operations
• Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
• Creation and maintenance of customer documents and offers
• Telephone and written contact with customers and prospects
• Eventually: independent management of customers

Requirements

• Enjoy communication, organization, and personal exchange
• Career changers are welcome – preferably with a background in nutritional science, dietary supplements, or the health sector
• First experiences in sales are an advantage, but not a must
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a positive demeanor
• High self-motivation and the ability to contribute independently and results-oriented in a dynamic startup environment
• Hands-on mentality: You get things done easily
