As a Guest Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction from check in, to check out through attentive, personalized service for each guest. You will be focused on optimizing each guest's experience by living out our company purpose of "hospitality from our family to yours".

In Short

  • Perform front desk functions including guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Set wake-up calls efficiently and warmly.
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Create and manage guest reservations.
  • Review account and payment information with guests.
  • Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Log and resolve guest comments or complaints.
  • Complete required tasks and reports on the shift checklist.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk area.
  • Ensure guest safety by following security procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer and keyboard skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Must be able to stand for an extended period.
  • Ability to follow instructions without close supervision.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 15 pounds.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
