In Short

• Work closely with product managers, designers, engineering managers, and other stakeholders.
• Share ownership of our product, contributing to ongoing improvements.
• Help define the team’s technical direction and roadmap.
• Identify, prioritize, and drive technical improvements.
• Contribute to setting the technical direction of our server-driven UI framework.
• Contribute to backend development of server-driven UI functionalities.
• Optimize horizontal frameworks for peak performance and scalability.
• Mentor fellow developers by sharing industry best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, Typescript, and frameworks/libraries like React.
• Extensive experience in fullstack development.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects.
• A passion for creating high-quality, scalable, and performant code.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• A love for technology and curiosity for new tools.
