Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience using machine learning.
• Strong understanding of search, personalization, and ads for product development.
• Strong programming skills.
• Experience with deep learning.
• Ability to implement state-of-the-art algorithms.
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields is highly recommended.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
• Experience leading cross-team technical strategy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
