Overview

Factal is seeking a full-time remote Customer Success Manager in the US to focus on customer satisfaction, retention and growth, serving as the primary contact for key trial and member organizations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years account management experience.
  • Effective communication skills across various mediums.
  • Ability to develop solutions to challenging member problems.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Intellectually curious and aware of current events.
  • Passionate about Factal’s mission.
  • Comfortable working independently and occasionally traveling.
