As a Principal Distributed Systems Engineer at fabric, you will play a foundational role in designing and scaling the data platform that powers fabric’s Agentic AI platform for commerce.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in high-growth or startup environments.
• Ability to build data infrastructure from the ground up.
• Deep expertise in data pipelines, lakes, warehouses, and real-time streaming.
• Experience with AWS services like S3, Redshift, Glue, SageMaker.
• Strategic mindset and ability to influence technical direction.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Experience with tools like Clickhouse, Airbyte, Rudderstack is a bonus.
• Comfortable with architecting, coding, and debugging.
• Ability to advise leadership on platform evolution.
