Lead Product Manager DSP - Remote

Overview

As the Product Lead for eyeo’s buy-side business, you will be instrumental in building an entirely new business unit, defining the strategy, and building the product.

In Short

• Drive the discovery, creation, and communication of an overarching product vision and strategy.
• Ensure collaboration across product organization with engineering, marketing, and other teams.
• Define and prioritize product features based on market research and user feedback.
• Analyze key performance metrics to optimize product experience.
• Maintain understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Coordinate with Product Operations to implement best practices.
• Communicate product decisions transparently within the company.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• Deep understanding of advertiser and publisher needs.
• Experience in online advertising and programmatic advertising.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in leading and mentoring product managers.
• Proactive problem solver with a team attitude.
