Overview

The Talent Operations Coordinator will support HR services including recruitment, onboarding, and people data administration for EY's MENA region, working in a virtual team environment.

In Short

• Support HROSS activities and coordinate global requests.
• Manage data updates and communication with HR Systems.
• Participate in meetings and planning activities with onshore teams.
• Execute tasks shared by the VTH Team Lead.
• Provide clear communication to stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize applications like ServiceNow, Success Factors, and Power BI.
• Support internal transfer cases and projects as needed.
• Run monthly reports and maintain data accuracy.
• Foster excellent client service and relationship development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR.
• 4+ years of experience in HR or related fields.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and data administration skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work well in a virtual team environment.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
• Experience in international environments preferred.
• Client service and relationship development skills.
