Appointment Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Appointment Manager (AM) to join our team! This is a work-from-home position that requires initial in-person training in Erie, PA. The AM will contact existing clients of Financial Advisers to schedule meetings regarding their financial situations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
