To consistently drive international growth, we are looking for a strong leader as the International Sales Manager - Construction / Building Materials / Construction Chemistry.

In Short

• Develop, manage, and implement the international sales strategy to stimulate growth and market presence.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing international sales team of about 20 employees.
• Personally manage strategically important key accounts and negotiate high-level contracts.
• Identify and target new markets and segments with innovative product solutions.
• Take overall responsibility for revenue, budget, and target achievement in international sales.

Requirements

• Completed training or degree, preferably with a business administration focus.
• Several years of experience leading an international decentralized sales team in the construction supply industry.
• Skilled in dealing with international clients and complex products, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
• High willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of French and other languages is desirable.
• Broad skill set from project management to communication, customer orientation, leadership, decision-making, and initiative.
