Principal DevOps Engineer/Architect - Remote

Overview

Experlogix is looking for a Principal DevOps Engineer or Architect who is a senior technical contributor and who will lead the design and implementation of production DevOps solutions, and ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of infrastructure and applications.

• Lead the development and implementation of DevOps strategies and best practices.
• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code solutions using tools like Pulumi, Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery and deployment.
• Utilize expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Drive automation across various DevOps processes.
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions.
• Integrate security best practices into DevOps processes.
• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure and DevOps processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in implementing and managing DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in one or more major cloud platforms (Preferred - Azure).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Deep understanding of Docker and orchestration.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Powershell, Python or Bash.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
