The AI Engineer will build moderated, AI-supported customer experiences, enhancing processes for users and businesses through innovative technology.

In Short

• Build AI-driven customer experiences from dialog-based interactions to automated processes.
• Connect modern LLMs with existing interfaces and data sources.
• Analyze and improve interactions based on usage data and feedback.
• Model conversational flows and integrate modern LLMs.
• Drive end-to-end implementation from prototypes to stable features.
• Ensure quality through testing, logging, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with UX and stakeholders to translate complex processes into intuitive interactions.
• Maintain clear documentation and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Conversational AI, NLP/NLU, and at least one LLM framework.
• Ability to incrementally test and improve based on feedback.
• Strong communication skills and experience in agile teams.
• Fluent in German.
