Overview

The Transformation Coach and Change Manager will help teams adopt the Product Operating Model and navigate change, fostering alignment and trust within the organization.

In Short

  • Lead transformation programs and ensure teams adopt new operating models.
  • Apply change management strategies to drive and sustain change.
  • Identify risks and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Track success through KPIs and promote continuous improvement.
  • Guide teams through change with strategic coaching.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Develop a communication strategy for transparency and agreement.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Help build scalable processes to support transformation.
  • Utilize data-driven insights for operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in program management or change management.
  • Experience with SVPG's Product Operating Model.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in communication strategy and stakeholder management.
  • Certifications in Change Management, Agile, or Product Management.
