Lead Offensive Security Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Lead Engineer within the Offensive Security team at Experian, you will improve the organization's security posture through risk clarification and verification of controls from an attacker's perspective.

In Short

• Lead design and execution of adversary simulation assessments.
• Collaborate with teams to articulate Cyber Risks.
• Participate in physical and social engineering assessments.
• Develop test cases using Cyber Threat Intelligence.
• Establish Social Engineering and Human Risk Assurance functions.
• Provide remediation recommendations across the organization.
• Develop scripts and tools for Offensive Security capabilities.
• Utilize AI tools in compliance with policies.
• Use MITRE ATT&CK Framework for attack analysis.

Requirements

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, 3+ years in offensive security.
• Experience in social engineering assessments.
• Knowledge of global cyber threats and adversary tactics.
• Experience in network and web application penetration testing.
• Proficient in attacker tooling and programming languages.
• Knowledge of cloud attack methodologies.
• Familiarity with Windows OS architecture.
• Knowledge of IT security for databases and cloud storage.
• Certifications like OSCP, OSCE, or equivalent experience.
