Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor - Remote

Overview

As an FP&A Supervisor at Experian, you will lead financial performance for main teams, ensuring governance and control while managing a team and improving processes.

In Short

• Oversee Month End close and Forecast process functions.
• Manage Labor reporting including Headcount and operating expenses.
• Provide Management Reporting and variance analysis.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls and Balance Sheet processes.
• Support Strategic Planning and Budget season for Labor team.
• Promote continuous improvements for forecast accuracy and process efficiencies.
• Manage employees to support deliverables efficiently.
• Support ad-hoc assignments.
• Build relationships aligned with business changes and projects.
• Lead change within the finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 6+ Years of Experience in accounting/finance roles focused on FP&A responsibilities.
• Advanced English level.
• 2+ Years of People Leadership Experience.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, experience with Hyperion/Essbase, and ERP systems.
• Business Networking skills with experience in cross-team collaboration.
