Finance Supervisor Labor Planning - Remote

Overview

As an FP&A Supervisor, you will lead financial performance for main teams, overseeing labor planning, forecast accuracy, and process improvements.

In Short

• Oversee the Month End close and Forecast process for Labor functions.
• Manage Labor reporting, including Headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Provide Management Reporting, commentary, and variance analysis.
• Ensure adherence to appropriate financial controls.
• Support Strategic Planning and Budget season for Labor team.
• Promote continuous improvements for forecast accuracy and process efficiencies.
• Manage employees to support deliverables efficiently.
• Lead change within the finance team.
• Develop understanding of the area to manage expectations.
• Support ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ Years of Experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Advanced English level.
• 2+ Years of People Leadership Experience.
• Business Networking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Hyperion/Essbase, SmartView, and ERP systems.
