The Senior Healthcare Marketing Associate will own end-to-end marketing execution for a US-based pediatric healthcare practice.

• Plan, write, and ship the weekly newsletter end-to-end
• Build and run drip campaigns
• Handle design for marketing materials
• Apply SEO best practices and structure content within an SEO framework
• Own the marketing content calendar and channel mix
• Bring healthcare-specific marketing expertise to messaging
• Recommend campaign improvements based on performance data
• Translate the practice’s clinical voice into clear, trustworthy patient-facing content
• Operate as a strategic partner to the client, not just an executor

Requirements

• Demonstrated healthcare marketing experience
• Proven track record building and shipping email newsletters and drip campaigns
• Strong hands-on design capability
• Solid working knowledge of SEO
• Comfort working independently across multiple disciplines
• Excellent written English skills
• Available to work US hours full-time
• Portfolio that clearly shows healthcare marketing work
