Finance Associate (Healthcare) - Remote

Overview

The Finance Associate will own day-to-day finance operations for a US-based pediatric healthcare practice, managing the books in QuickBooks and operating the practice’s new ERP system.

In Short

• Maintain the books in QuickBooks.
• Manage and operate the ERP system (Relit).
• Ensure timely tracking of all bills and payments.
• Provide overall financial visibility to the client.
• Categorize transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Generate financial summaries and flag issues.
• Maintain organized digital records of financial documents.
• Coordinate with CPAs or external accountants as needed.
• Identify trends and process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of US accounting principles.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Available to work US hours full-time.
