Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in real estate finance or related fields.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling experience.
• Understanding of real estate fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred experience with senior living or healthcare real estate.
• Familiarity with key operating drivers.
• Experience with institutional investors is a plus.
