Overview

As a Senior Scheduler at EXP, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely completion, and analyzing project timelines.

In Short

  • Develops baseline schedules while coordinating with project management and design leads.
  • Uses scheduling software to maintain and analyze project schedules.
  • Coordinates project controls to assess risks according to best practices.
  • Analyzes changes to project schedules and their impact on costs and timelines.
  • Documents and communicates project change orders and delays.
  • Leads design team project scheduling meetings.
  • Works with Commercial to manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Produces 5-week look-ahead schedules for client reviews.
  • Performs claim mitigation and prepares contingency plans.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of scheduling experience, with at least 5 in Life Science.
  • Experience in project scheduling and time management.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
