Tech Lead - Remote

Overview

As Tech Lead, you will report directly to the CTO and play a central role in guiding the technical direction of Exelab’s delivery teams, contributing to AWS partnership, and ensuring engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures (preferably AWS).
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of application security and compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Data-driven mindset focused on quality and improvement.
