Sales Operations & Accounting Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

We're looking for someone with solid general accounting skills but who is also comfortable operating in a sales operations capacity. This is a hybrid role that bridges finance and sales processes, supporting the flow from customer contracts all the way to billing and accounts receivable.

In Short

• Review and process customer contracts in Salesforce.
• Set up new orders and coordinate with billing.
• Support billing operations as needed.
• Manage AR tasks and assist with collections.
• Support revenue accounting processes when needed.
• Liaison between Sales, Finance, and Billing.
• General accounting background required.
• Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM essential.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy required.
