Remote Dispatcher for Real Estate & Construction

Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Remote Dispatchers to support our U.S.-based Real Estate and Construction clients. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, dispatching field technicians, managing work orders, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.

• Coordinate schedules and dispatch field teams to various job sites.
• Manage and monitor work orders and job progress.
• Ensure clear communication of job details and instructions.
• Track incoming service requests and allocate resources efficiently.
• Handle follow-ups to confirm job completion.
• Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and status reports.
• Provide administrative support related to dispatch and job tracking.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working late shifts (3 PM - 11 PM or 4 PM - 12 AM SA time).
• Tech-savvy with experience using dispatch software.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching or scheduling.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable internet connection and own laptop/PC.
• Experience with U.S.-based clients preferred.
• Familiarity with maintenance workflows or property management operations.
• Prior remote work experience is a plus.
