• Manage day-to-day billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
• Handle insurance billing processes, including submissions, follow-ups, and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and billing data
• Track payments, resolve discrepancies, and manage outstanding accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing alignment and issue resolution
• Prepare basic financial reports and assist with tracking revenue and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with relevant billing procedures and financial regulations
• Proven experience in billing, finance, or accounts receivable
• Strong understanding of invoicing, financial tracking, and reconciliation processes
• Comfortable working remotely and independently

Requirements

• Experience with insurance billing (highly advantageous)
