We currently have 8 facilities across Arizona, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas, with continued expansion planned in South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, and beyond.

• Seeking a detail-oriented Provider Credentialing Specialist.
• Responsible for managing provider files from start to finish.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
• Fast-paced role requiring strong organization and communication.
• Remote work option available for candidates in the Dallas, TX area.
• Manage provider onboarding and serve as a primary contact.
• Build and maintain compliant credentialing files.
• Perform Primary Source Verification (PSV) of licenses and certifications.
• Support provider privileging processes and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with CMS and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in credentialing or healthcare administration preferred.
• Strong understanding of credentialing and PSV processes.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
