Overview

We are looking for a talented Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team of innovators. This role works closely with data scientists, software engineers, and subject matter experts in different business areas within projects to build a document intelligence solution based on the latest GenAI technology.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Python (native, Pandas, ScikitLearn, Tensorflow or Pytorch, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Data Modeling.
• Experience with GenAI (prompt engineering, optimization, API engineering).
• Skills in Machine Learning/Data Science (ML algorithm selection, feature engineering, model training, etc.).
• Expertise in language modeling (transformers, HuggingFace, etc.).
• Competency in experiment design (power analysis and hypothesis testing).
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex technical problems.
• Experience owning a feature from concept to production.
• Self-motivated and self-managed with strong organizational skills.
