Overview

As a Senior/Lead Business Analyst at Exadel, you will support ongoing delivery across multiple initiatives, gather and document project requirements, and facilitate communication with stakeholders.

• Support delivery from the BA side across multiple initiatives.

• Prepare backlog items and supporting project-level artifacts.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Overlap with Central Standard Time (CST) is required.
