Overview

We are seeking a talented Data Engineer (GCP) to play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining a data warehouse. You will be a technical expert with significant scope and impact in this role.

• Enhancing the functionality of the current data platform built on GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub).
• Developing new features and refactoring legacy solutions.
• Handling data quality incidents and acting as the main point of contact.
• Managing the release process using Jenkins.
• Building and maintaining ETL workflows with Apache Airflow.
• Developing monitoring dashboards for system quality.
• Working with various GCP services.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Groovy.
• Competency in Jenkins and GCP services.
• Proven track record with ETL tools such as Airflow.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration tools.
• Strong engineering process skills.
• Comfortable working in an agile team (Scrum).
