QA Manual Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a QA Manual Analyst at EX Squared LATAM, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of digital products through detailed testing and collaboration with Agile teams.

In Short

• Design test cases and scenarios based on requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and smoke testing.
• Report and track bugs using tools like JIRA.
• Manage test cases with TestRail or similar tools.
• Document test results and issues clearly.
• Use basic SQL queries for data validation.
• Collaborate with Agile teams in ceremonies.
• 2 to 4 years of Manual QA experience required.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies needed.
• Excellent English proficiency required.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Manual QA roles.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.
• Proven ability to write clear and comprehensive test documentation.
• Experience using bug tracking and test management tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to perform simple queries.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at an advanced level (B2+/C1), both spoken and written.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
