Junior Data Entry Specialist - Remote

Overview

Become an EXpert as a Data Entry Specialist (4-month contract): Are you detail-oriented and tech-savvy? We’re looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a 4-month contract! In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing data entry tasks such as transferring inspection data from our client’s proprietary systems to client systems, entering replacement cost data into third-party software applications, and supporting other clerical functions as needed.

• Enter, update, and verify data in various proprietary and client systems
• Maintain satisfactory quality and productivity standards
• Communicate effectively with the Business Unit Specialist both verbally and in writing

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or one year of equivalent work experience.
• English proficiency (verbal and written) B2+.
• Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills
• Proficient in using a computer and basic software programs.
• Basic knowledge in SQL, ETL's and python will be a PLUS.
