Change Management Specialist - Remote

Overview

Become an expert as a Change Management Specialist at EX Squared LATAM, leading organizational change management in transformation projects. This role will be key to ensuring the successful adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working within our clients' organizations.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in change management or transformation projects.
• Certification in change management methodologies (PROSCI or others) is a plus.
