Eros is a young, fast-growing D2C brand specializing in aphrodisiac chocolate. Our goal is to rethink connection, ease, and enjoyment with a product that playfully brings people closer together.

In Short

Build and scale our paid social channels (mainly Meta Ads)
Develop and implement creative campaigns (copy + visual briefings)
Ongoing analysis & optimization of performance (ROAS, CAC, etc.)
Testing new approaches, target groups, and funnel strategies
Close collaboration with the founding team and creators for ad content
Option to grow into a broader marketing or CMO role

Requirements

Experience in performance marketing, ideally with D2C brands
Deep operational knowledge in Meta Ads (TikTok Ads is a plus)
Analytical, independent, and results-oriented work style
Sense for creatives, funnels & target group psychology
Desire to think along, shape, and make Eros great
