D2C Growth Marketer (Meta Ads) - Remote

Overview

Eros is a young, fast-growing D2C brand specializing in aphrodisiac chocolate. Our goal is to rethink connection, ease, and enjoyment with a product that playfully brings people closer together.

In Short

• Build and scale our paid social channels (mainly Meta Ads)
• Develop and implement creative campaigns (copy + visual briefings)
• Ongoing analysis & optimization of performance (ROAS, CAC, etc.)
• Testing new approaches, target groups, and funnel strategies
• Close collaboration with the founding team and creators for ad content
• Option to grow into a broader marketing or CMO role

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing, ideally with D2C brands
• Deep operational knowledge in Meta Ads (TikTok Ads is a plus)
• Analytical, independent, and results-oriented work style
• Sense for creatives, funnels & target group psychology
• Desire to think along, shape, and make Eros great
