In Short

• Serve as Technical Lead / Staff Engineer on Product Engineering teams.
• Contribute to a unified claims platform with data science and engineering teams.
• Build and maintain backend REST server for machine learning and BI data.
• Own the lifecycle of designing, building, and launching enterprise applications.
• Work on greenfield projects with high levels of ownership.
• Collaborate with product heads, data scientists, UX designers, and end users.
• Shape the future of EvolutionIQ’s products through technology choices.
• Provide technical expertise and introduce best practices to the team.
• Focus on business problems using large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in full feature development life cycle.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• Expert in Python Development, strong experience with NodeJS and Typescript.
• Strong Relational Database design skills.
• Experience with Dagster and/or Airflow preferred.
• Ability to design and launch backend architectures for multi-tenant scenarios.
• Agile mindset for rapid prototyping and stable production development.
• Strong technical documentation and code review skills.
• Solutions-oriented team player with excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter with a mindset for solving complex problems.
